Monk Park Farm is expanding its management team to strengthen people and safety processes. Reporting to the General Manager and Operations Manager, you will join the management team and lead our day-to-day people and safety operations.
This on-site, full-time role includes acting as Duty Manager on agreed days, coaching supervisors, managing rotas and holidays, and ensuring risk assessments and safe working procedures are followed to support a safe, enjoyable visitor experience.
