Starting salary from £25,000 + Quarterly Bonuses + Uncapped Commission + Profit Share Earnings are totally uncapped! Our top achievers are earning over £90,000 per annum! Excellent Benefits Package, including a free on‑site gym. 8.45am – 5.00pm Monday‑Friday, No evenings, or weekends Manchester City Centre, next to Victoria Station.

Responsibilities

  • Building up a B2B sales pipeline through making outbound calls/networking to small business owners.
  • Utilising our salesforce system and your own proactive approach to introduce Peninsula's services around HR & Health & Safety support to SMEs across the UK.
  • Scheduling appointments for field-based BDMs to attend and meet with business owners.
  • Extracting the very best results from each call to build up a pipeline of callbacks.
  • Meeting daily targets to help make commission.

This is a fast paced, consultative selling, target driven role that offers incredible rewards.
