Role Overview
As a Sales Development Executive you will build a B2B sales pipeline by making outbound calls and networking to small business owners. Using our Salesforce system and your proactive approach, you will introduce our services around HR & Health & Safety support to SMEs across the UK. Your aim is to schedule appointments for field‑based BDMs to meet with business owners.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls/network calls to small business owners.
- Utilise our Salesforce system and your proactive approach to introduce our services.
- Schedule appointments for BDMs.
- Build relationships with repeat attempts, extracting results from each call.
- Meet daily targets that help you earn commission.
- Work in a fast‑paced, consultative, target‑driven role that offers incredible rewards.
