We’re hiring a Brand Development Manager – On-Trade for MONIN UK&I, covering Bristol, Cardiff & South-West Region
This could be a great fit for someone with a background in coffee, bars, venue management, advocacy, brand development or on-trade sales, especially if you love drinks, people, training, menu development and getting out into the trade.
The role is all about building relationships with key hospitality venues, supporting wholesalers and distributors, delivering training and tastings, helping with menu development, supporting product launches, and bringing the MONIN brand to life across the region.
We’re looking for someone who is
- Confident with cocktails, coffee & mocktails
- Strong coffee or cocktail background.
- Great at building relationships
- Comfortable presenting and training
- Organised, independent, proactive and self-motivated
- Passionate about hospitality and drinks culture
Package
- Field Based - Ideally based in Bristol
- Full UK driving licence needed
- £32k + 3k car allowance + Perfomance related annual bonus
- Pension contribution - 5%
- 33+1 Days holiday – 25 allowance, 8 bank holidays allowance plus your birthday off
