As MONIN UK continues to grow, we are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to lead activation across our Online and Licensed channels.

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to own and develop two important growth channels within MONIN UK. The primary focus of the role is Online, helping MONIN maximise visibility, activation and performance across customer websites, digital platforms, online merchandising opportunities and customer communications. Alongside this, the role will support activation within the Licensed channel, helping bars, pubs, restaurants and hospitality operators bring MONIN to life through engaging customer experiences and activation.

You will work closely with Sales, Brand, field teams and customers to create commercially focused activity that drives visibility, engagement, menu growth and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and deliver the Online & Licensed Trade Marketing plan.
  • Develop customer-specific activation plans for priority accounts.
  • Improve MONIN visibility across customer online platforms.
  • Support online merchandising, product content and digital activation opportunities.
  • Create practical campaigns and activation tools for licensed customers.
  • Manage POS, customer toolkits, digital assets, events, sampling and trade media activity.
  • Work closely with Sales to align activity with customer priorities.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, suppliers and project delivery.
  • Track performance and capture learning from activity.
  • Contribute to the continued development of the Trade Marketing function.

Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is commercially minded, customer-focused and excited by the challenge of growing MONIN across both Online and Licensed channels. This person should be equally comfortable developing customer activation plans, working with Sales teams, managing multiple projects and identifying new opportunities to improve MONIN’s visibility and performance across customer touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have experience in Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing, Channel Marketing or Activation.
  • Enjoy building strong relationships with customers, Sales teams and stakeholders.
  • Think commercially and understand how marketing activity supports business growth.
  • Be highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Take ownership and drive activity from planning through to execution.
  • Be comfortable analysing performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Enjoy balancing strategic thinking with practical delivery.
  • Be proactive, resourceful and solutions-oriented.
  • Have a strong interest in hospitality, foodservice, drinks or FMCG.
  • Bring energy, accountability and a collaborative mindset.
