As MONIN UK continues to grow, we are looking for a Junior Trade Marketing Manager to join our Trade Marketing team.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in Trade Marketing and gain hands-on experience across Online and Licensed customer activation. You will support the delivery of trade marketing activity across customer websites, online platforms, licensed customers, events, sampling, POS and customer activation programmes. Working closely with the wider Trade Marketing and Sales teams, you will help bring MONIN campaigns and customer activations to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support online customer activation programmes.
  • Coordinate digital assets, product content and customer-facing materials.
  • Support customer activation plans and campaigns.
  • Maintain the Trade Marketing Activity Tracker.
  • Coordinate POS, samples and event materials.
  • Support trade events and customer activations.
  • Track actions, timelines and project progress.
  • Capture results and learning from activity.
  • Help improve team processes and systems.

Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and excited by the opportunity to build a career in Trade Marketing. This person doesn’t need to have done exactly the same role before, but they should be commercially curious, eager to learn and motivated by the opportunity to support customer activation across MONIN’s Online and Licensed channels. They should be equally comfortable coordinating a customer activation, supporting a trade event, managing project timelines, maintaining team systems or helping identify opportunities to improve execution.

  • Have an interest in marketing, customer activation, hospitality, foodservice, drinks or FMCG.
  • Enjoy working with both Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Be highly organised with strong attention to detail.
