As the Offline Marketing Lead for the Nigerian community you’re a natural hustler who thrives in fast-paced, scrappy environments. You don’t wait for permission, you make things happen. Whether it’s negotiating with community leaders, securing event partnerships, or activating grassroots campaigns, you know how to get results and will be responsible for spreading the word about our product across Nigerian communities through London.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Offline Customer Acquisition
- Own the strategy and execution of MonieWorld’s offline growth initiatives.
- Identify, activate, and manage high-impact locations including retail outlets, community centers, religious institutions, and events.
- Coordinate field activations, street marketing campaigns, and manage brand ambassadors.
- Design and implement experiments to optimize call-to-action visibility and conversion.
- Develop Strategic Partnerships
- Secure meaningful partnerships with community groups, local businesses, religious centers, and cultural organizations.
- Negotiate mutually beneficial deals that drive user acquisition and elevate brand awareness.
- Represent MonieWorld at partner events, strengthening brand presence and credibility.
- Deepen Community Engagement
- Plan, host, and attend community-driven events that foster authentic engagement.
- Cultivate strong relationships with influencers, cultural leaders, and key community introducers.
- Create targeted campaigns tailored specifically to resonate within London\’s African diaspora.
- Analyze and Optimize Performance
- Collaborate closely with the growth analytics team to measure offline initiatives’ ROI and customer acquisition cost.
- Regularly analyze performance data to inform strategic decisions and enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Consistently report insights, successes, and actionable feedback from field operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in offline marketing, partnerships, events, or similar roles.
- Proven track record in launching or scaling products/services in new markets.
- Existing network or demonstrated ability to quickly build relationships within African communities in London.
- Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Experience working with measurable targets and KPIs.
- Self-motivated, autonomous, and proactive mindset.
- Flexible schedule, willing to participate in events outside traditional business hours.
