We are looking for a Supplier Planning Coordinator to join us as we continue this journey and help us shape what the future of modern jewellery can and should be.

Where we need your help

The Supplier Planning Coordinator role is a 12-month opportunity to join our fast-paced team at a pivotal moment taking ownership of the analytical, coordination, and cross-functional workstreams that sit underneath it.

Alongside this, you'll take on day-to-day supplier coordination across our wider supply base, ensuring our beautiful product continues to be produced, delivered on time, and in line with our stringent commercial standards.

We're looking for someone with excellent organisational, analytical, commercial and interpersonal skills, who can move at pace, work autonomously, and bring rigour to a multi-faceted role that spans project management, cost analysis, supplier coordination, and cross-functional delivery with our NPD, Operations and Merchandising teams.

What you’ll do

Project Coordination & Product Cost Reduction

  • Project-manage workstreams within strategic Projects, enabling the Supplier Relationship & Planning Manager to deliver against FY27 targets
  • Conduct in-depth product cost analysis, building clear narratives and directional findings that inform negotiation and decision-making
  • Prepare product cost reductions reporting, tracking progress against targets and surfacing new opportunities for savings
  • Supporting the Supplier Relationship & Planning Manager liaising with suppliers to monitor and report against process controls
  • Support the creation, initiation and ongoing management of Control Mechanisms, working cross-functionally to embed robust controls
  • Coordinate cross-functional integration controls between Design, Operations and our suppliers

Day-to-Day Supplier Management

  • Develop and maintain professional, respectful and collaborative relationships with our external supply partners
  • Coordinate day-to-day supplier communications for Production Capacity and On Time Delivery Management β€” flagging risks early, supporting expedition of priority orders, and working with Merchandising to resolve blockers
  • Communicate relevant supplier updates to the wider New Product Development (NPD) team in a clear, concise and timely manner
  • Support preparation, data collection, analysis and output of Supplier Annual Business Performance Reviews
  • Communicate supplier monthly buy plan and forecast information to suppliers; drill into capacity versus forecast data and report back observations and proposals

Raw Materials & Sourcing Coordination

  • Coordinate day-to-day Raw Materials Planning, including implementation and tracking of raw materials and component stocks
  • Coordinate supplier onboarding and materials sourcing projects against detailed critical paths, supporting our robust onboarding process for any new sources
  • Support new supplier evaluation and onboarding activity
  • Coordinate Special Projects as directed β€” e.g. product components, new product categories

Cost Control

  • Coordinate special cost control and planning projects as directed
  • Conduct in-depth product cost analysis with clear directional findings and actions
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Design and Operations to support product cost control and accuracy

Supplier Administration

  • Manage Supplier Portal training and ongoing technical support
  • Own New Supplier set-up within the company database
  • Coordinate and resolve any supplier-related and escalated shipping issues

What you’ll bring

Connect & Empower

  • Communicates Effectively β€” You act as a clear link between internal teams and external supply partners, confidently liaising with multiple stakeholders and tailoring your message to the audience so instructions are understood and issues are resolved quickly. You share concise, timely updates, ask clarifying questions when needed, and drive two-way communication that keeps the wider NPD and Merchandising teams informed.
  • Collaborates Proactively β€” A helpful, hands-on team player, you approach a wide remit of responsibilities with a positive attitude. You willingly support colleagues across functions β€” from Merchandising and Design to Operations and NPD β€” to build alignment around shared goals, and you cultivate respectful, collaborative relationships with both internal teams and our external supply partners.

Drive & Deliver

  • Workflow Management β€” Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail, you plan your own workload, adapt timelines as priorities shift, and set clear expectations with stakeholders to keep multiple workstreams moving in parallel. You bring strong project management skills with excellent critical path tracking β€” confidently coordinating workstreams within larger strategic projects as well as your own day-to-day deliverables β€” and you communicate progress proactively so the wider team always knows where things stand.
  • Dives Deep β€” You bring an analytical mindset with strong Excel skills and sound commercial judgement, and you're genuinely comfortable in the data rather than relying on assumptions. You can take in-depth product cost analysis and turn it into a clear narrative with directional findings and recommended actions β€” and you're equally confident interrogating supplier forecasts, capacity plans, and operational data to spot risks early and surface opportunities. You ask the right questions and verify the facts before drawing conclusions.
  • Focuses on the Right Thing β€” You manage multiple priorities in tandem calmly and with ease, prioritising your work based on value and risk and adjusting your focus to remove blockers based on business need. You distinguish urgency from importance instinctively and know when to elevate so your effort is always pointed at the highest-impact work.
  • Delivers Results β€” A problem solver with common sense who stays calm under pressure, you are resilient and relentless in pursuit of your goals. You hold yourself to a high standard, meet deadlines with quality, flag blockers early, and follow through on commitments to both your team and our supply partners.

Grow & Adapt

  • Challenges & Commits β€” You speak up respectfully when you see a better way and bring a constructive point of view to commercial conversations β€” whether that's questioning a cost position with a supplier, flagging a risk to internal stakeholders, or proposing a different approach to a workstream. Once a decision is made, you commit fully behind the agreed plan.
  • Embraces Change β€” A self-starter who works autonomously and adapts quickly, you stay focused and seek clarity when priorities shift, and you help those around you maintain momentum through ambiguity. You're comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment where plans flex frequently.

Master & Apply

  • Functional/Technical Expertise β€” Experienced and confident in cost analysis, project coordination tools, and the systems used to manage supplier data and critical paths. You bring a practical understanding of operational standards, supplier management, and budget tracking, and you can act as a go-to for colleagues on the tools and processes you use day to day. Open to learning the technical context of jewellery manufacturing and applying it quickly.
  • Applies Knowledge with Impact β€” You connect your analytical work to commercial outcomes, framing what the data is telling us in terms of cost, risk and opportunity rather than reporting in isolation. You spot real problems and propose practical solutions, and you understand how your day-to-day coordination underpins the wider project's commercial impact.

To be successful at Monica Vinader, it helps if you...

  • Are hands-on, solutions-focused, and entrepreneurial
  • Collaborate openly with humility, honesty, and humour
  • Embrace learning, teaching, and personal growth
  • Stay resilient, adaptable, and self-motivated in a creative environment
  • Speak up when you don’t know - and act fast to figure it out
