We are looking for someone to help us deliver exceptional service and drive sales in a luxury, sustainable jewellery brand.

What You’ll Do

Driving Sales and Exceptional Customer Experience

  • Achieve individual sales and KPI targets through delivering exceptional service to customers
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and passion for Monica Vinader values and vision
  • Deliver in-store services with confidence (e.g., engraving and aftercare)

Supporting the Team

  • Comply with Monica Vinader company policies and procedures at all times
  • Follow guidelines and instructions to efficiently deal with concession tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain exceptional personal grooming and presentation

Delivering Efficiency

  • Support the management team to deliver operational tasks (e.g., stock takes, visual merchandising guidelines, stock deliveries)
