Overview

Seasonal Sales Associate (FTC 16 hours) at Monica Vinader, Leeds. Reporting into the Boutique Manager.

We are digital first, customer obsessed, female led and inclusive. We are looking for someone special to join our team to help us make luxury something we can all enjoy every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Driving Sales and Exceptional Customer Experience: Achieve individual sales and KPI targets through delivering exceptional service to customers
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and passion for Monica Vinader values and vision
  • Deliver in-store services with confidence (e.g., engraving and aftercare)

Responsibilities – Team and Operations

  • Comply with Monica Vinader company policies and procedures at all times
  • Follow guidelines and instructions to efficiently handle concession tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Support management in operational tasks such as stock takes, visual merchandising guidelines, and stock deliveries
