What you’ll do
Driving Sales and Exceptional Customer Experience
⦁ Achieve individual sales and KPI targets through delivering exceptional service to customers
⦁ Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and passion for Monica Vinader values and vision
⦁ Deliver in store services with confidence (eg: engraving and aftercare)
Supporting the Team
⦁ Comply with Monica Vinader company policies and procedures at all times
⦁ Follow guidelines and instruction to efficiently deal with concession tasks in a fast paced environment
⦁ Exceptional personal grooming and presentation
Delivering Efficiency
⦁ Support the management team to deliver operational tasks (eg: stock takes, visual merchandising guidelines, stock deliveries)
