Job Title: Sales Associate
Location: Manchester
Hours: 12 Hours
Reporting into: Boutique Manager
Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales and KPI targets through delivering exceptional service to customers
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and passion for the brand’s values and vision
- Deliver in‑store services with confidence (e.g., engraving and aftercare)
- Comply with company policies and procedures at all times
- Follow guidelines to efficiently handle concession tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Maintain exceptional personal grooming and presentation
- Support the management team with operational tasks such as stock takes, visual merchandising, and stock deliveries

Other Requirements
Ability to document authorisation to work in the United Kingdom.
Travel to other Boutiques and Concessions may be required.
