The Deputy Manager supports the Boutique / Concession Manager and serves as the senior management team member on shift, driving sales, managing the team, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Support the Boutique / Concession Manager and act as the go‑to senior management member on shift.
- Drive sales and exceed targets through exceptional customer service and building a client business.
- Manage and coach the team to deliver sales objectives and KPIs.
- Maximise store efficiency through operations management.
- Deliver sales budget by driving store and team KPIs.
- Provide a consistent and exceptional customer service standard as a brand ambassador.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business.
- Network to create key relationships with corporate and local clients and support HQ revenue‑driving events.
- Motivate the team to reach sales objectives, support coaching and training.
- Manage the team in accordance with company policy and procedures.
- Drive completion of approved brand and product training programs.
- Execute visual merchandising guidelines to a high standard.
- Ensure in‑store experience and boutique cleanliness meet guidelines and brand standards.
- Maintain an accurate stock file.
- Ensure accurate payment processing and cash handling.
- Ensure the appropriate processing of in‑store services (engraving, aftercare).
