Where we need your help
The Senior Regional Merchandiser is the architect of our stock flow strategy across all channels and regions. You own the end-to-end management of how product reaches our customers, from the moment it leaves the warehouse to when it is displayed on the shop floor. Balancing analytics with a commercial mindset, you ensure every door has the right depth, breadth, and newness cadence to maximize sales while protecting profit. This is a highly visible, strategic role that acts as the vital link between our central merchandising/product teams and our global leadership, ensuring healthy stock both in store and warehouse. The role involves supporting on all D2C and wholesale accounts including own stores, physical and online concessions and trade partners, with direct reports taking a lead on specific regions.
What You’ll Do
- Strategy & Store Tiering
- Tiering Architecture: Owns the global store tiering framework, grading locations by turnover, customer profile, and space. Regularly review and flex this framework to optimize assortment, depth, and replenishment frequency in alignment with regional MDs.
- Target Setting: Oversee store-level target setting processes, ensuring they align with broader regional commercial goals and inventory availability. Build the correct process for target setting for never-out-of-stock, continuity, and new product. Ensuring this flows into all inventory calculations across retail, outlet, web and wholesale.
- Capacity & VM Alignment: Own stock capacity and work with VM to align on needs in stores, ensuring that our allocation strategies are physically executable and visually impactful.
- Floorset & Launch Execution
- Lead regional allocation planning, ensuring clear, actionable direction is provided to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for floorset communication, ensuring regional teams and store partners are fully briefed on product priorities, pacing, and execution expectations.
- Feedback Loops: Synthesize store feedback to inform future allocation strategies and product mix adjustments.
- Operations & Stock Management
- Supply Allocation: Oversee the end-to-end allocation process, including initial launches, ongoing core replenishment, and reactive moves like inter-branch transfers and stock consolidation between channels.
- Operational Health: Take full ownership of In-Store Availability (ISA) metrics, identifying risks and driving solutions to improve stock availability and sell-through.
- Stock Sharing: Strategically manage stock sharing between channels (Web, Retail, Concessions) to maximize global availability and minimize terminal stock risk.
- Consolidation: Optimize inventory across the network by proposing and executing seamless consolidation.
- Event calendars: Understand global events impacting replenishment needs, including regional nuances.
- Promotional & Trading Strategy
- Ensure full understanding of promotional activity in the regions, providing input into planning, trading during promotional periods, and maintaining constant feedback loops with the central team regarding regional performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Strategy, S&OP & X-Functional Leadership
- Trade & S&OP Inputs: Provide the primary commercial voice for branch and regional activity in Trade and S&OP meetings. Translate high-level strategy into actionable regional stock plans with focus on peak trading periods.
- Global Partnership: Partner closely with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Product teams. Lead regular syncs with MDs across all regions to ensure allocation plans are reflective of local nuances, market trends, and unique store requirements.

- Functional/Technical Expertise: You bring proven expertise in branch merchandising, store tiering architecture, capacity planning, and ISA management. You possess advanced technical proficiency in allocation and replenishment systems (ERP, BI tools) and Excel.
