What you’ll do:

  • Achieve individual sales and KPI targets through delivering exceptional service to customers.
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and passion for Monica Vinader values and vision.
  • Deliver in-store services with confidence (e.g., engraving and aftercare).
  • Comply with company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Follow guidelines and instruction to efficiently deal with concession tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional personal grooming and presentation.
  • Support the management team to deliver operational tasks (e.g., stock takes, visual merchandising guidelines, stock deliveries).
