We are looking for a Sales Associate to join us temporarily as we continue this journey and help us shape what the future of modern jewellery can and should be.

What you’ll do
- Driving Sales and Exceptional Customer Experience
- Achieve individual sales and KPI targets through delivering exceptional service to customers
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and passion for Monica Vinader values and vision
- Deliver in‑store services with confidence (eg: engraving, welding and aftercare)
- Supporting the Team
- Comply with Monica Vinader company policies and procedures at all times
- Follow guidelines and instruction to efficiently deal with concession tasks in a fast‑paced environment
- Exceptional personal grooming and presentation
- Delivering Efficiency
- Support the management team to deliver operational tasks (eg: stock takes, visual merchandising guidelines, stock deliveries)
