About the Role

We are looking for a People & Talent Coordinator to join us as we continue this journey and help us shape what the future of modern jewellery can and should be. Based in London with the rest of the People & Culture team, you will support team members and staff across the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong and North America, across offices, remote locations, the distribution centre and boutiques. This role demands strong attention to detail, prioritisation skills and pride in delivering high‑quality work.

What You’ll Do

People & Culture Coordination
  • Administer the employee lifecycle in our HRIS (Bob) and ensure data is accurate and up to date
  • Manage the People & Culture Service Desk, handling first‑line responses and escalations
  • Support all stages of the employee lifecycle, from offer and induction through to offboarding, providing an exceptional experience
  • Extract and manipulate reports from our people management systems
  • Identify and explore opportunities for process improvement across the employee lifecycle
  • Support the Company’s wellbeing initiatives, including work on quarterly Pulse Check and collating communication materials for business distribution; this may involve membership in internal committees
  • Manage the allocation of benefits and initiatives throughout an employee’s time with us, including recognising milestones and celebrations
Payroll Coordination
  • Ownership of global payrolls (UK, USA, Canada, Hong Kong & Singapore) with support from the team
  • Collate reports from HR systems and time & attendance platform (Deputy) to ensure correct payroll data
  • Create and administer documentation for pay or contractual changes, keeping audit trails readily accessible
  • Work with People & Culture and Finance teams to maintain global payroll accuracy
  • Maintain relationships with external stakeholders (e.g. PayCaptain for UK payroll, Justworks for US payroll) and act as first point of contact for queries
Talent Acquisition Support
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Partner to advertise vacancies on appropriate channels using ATS (TeamTailor)
  • Schedule interviews and related candidate tasks
  • Support recruitment during peak periods, including creative sourcing initiatives and assessment centre facilitation
  • Extract reporting data from TeamTailor
Office Coordination
  • Serve as point person for visitors to the London office
  • Proactively keep offices stocked with kitchen supplies, stationery, toiletries and other incidental items; support orders for retail locations and warehouse
  • Represent the London office on the Health & Safety Committee and become a trained fire warden and first aider
  • Coordinate team lunches, activities, celebrations and gifting, including the annual event and gift delivery at key moments
  • Track and submit expense reports for the team credit card
Ad‑hoc Project Work
  • Engage in project work such as policy review, training delivery, system delivery and upgrade to further simplify and improve the employee experience; expose to areas of interest after role fundamentals are established

Travel Requirements

You may be required to travel within the UK from time to time, including to Norfolk office, Acton warehouse or Retail locations.
