We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join us as we continue this journey and help us shape what the future of modern jewellery can and should be.
Where we need your help:
The Monica Vinader Data & Analytics team plays a unique and crucial role in supporting decisionâmaking, strategy development and process automation across the business. The team owns, maintains and improves all reporting and data systems, working in close collaboration with retail, inventory, operations, digital and technology teams.
As a Junior Data Analyst, you will be an integral part of the team, focusing on bringing our data to life: turning governed data models and metrics into compelling, actionable dashboards and insights that empower stakeholders to make better decisions. You will work closely with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into clear, wellâdesigned data products.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their analytics career who is eager to develop their skills in a handsâon, fastâpaced retail environment. You will be mentored by experienced analysts and engineers, with genuine opportunities to grow and take on more responsibility over time.
Our team is actively exploring how AI tools and emerging technologies can reshape the way we build, deliver and interact with data â and you'll be part of that evolution from day one.
What You'll Do:
- Dashboarding & Insight Delivery
- Build, maintain and enhance dashboards and reports in Sigma, our cloudâbased BI tool, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate, timely and visually compelling data products
- Support the development of new metrics and KPIs
