Role Overview
The Boutique Manager leads a retail store team to drive sales, exceed targets, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include people management, coaching, operations, and building a client business.
Responsibilities
- Drive and exceed the sales budget.
- Develop and implement an action-oriented business plan.
- Monitor and drive store and team KPIs, ensuring opportunities for growth.
- Act as a brand ambassador, setting the standard for customer experience.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, driving repeat business.
- Network to build key relationships with corporate and local clients supporting HQ revenue events.
- Set clear individual sales objectives and KPIs, provide ongoing coaching and training.
- Lead performance reviews, support career development.
- Manage the team per company policy, escalating issues.
- Support recruitment, interview candidates, provide feedback.
- Implement brand and product training across the team.
- Execute visual merchandising guidelines at a high standard.
- Ensure store experience aligns with brand standards.
- Maintain accurate stock file, perform stock counts, report issues.
- Ensure accurate payment processing and cash handling.
- Process in-store services (engraving, aftercare) with regular training.
