Role Overview: The Deputy Manager supports the Boutique / Concession Manager and acts as the senior management team member on shift. The role is responsible for driving sales, exceeding targets, managing people and coaching the team, and maximizing store efficiency through operations management.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales budget at the location through driving store and team KPIs.
  • Provide a consistent and exceptional standard of customer service as a brand ambassador.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business.
  • Network to create key relationships with corporate and local clients to support revenue‑driving events.
  • Motivate the team to reach individual sales objectives and KPIs, providing ongoing coaching and training.
  • Manage the team in accordance with company policy and procedures.
  • Drive completion of brand and product training programs for consistent styling advice.
  • Execute visual merchandising guidelines to a high standard.
  • Ensure in‑store experience meets cleanliness and brand standards.
  • Maintain accurate stock files and cash handling procedures.
  • Process in‑store services such as engraving and aftercare accurately.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A demonstrated passion for customer service and driving business.
  • Commercially aware and target driven.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible and able to adapt.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience in retail management and coaching preferred.
  • Understanding of visual merchandising and store operations.
