Who we are

At Monica Vinader, we believe luxury should be empowering, long-lasting and responsibly made. Guided by integrity, craftsmanship and innovation, our goal is to elevate people’s lives by opening access to a more beautiful world. From crafting consciously with recycled precious metals and ethically sourced materials, to designing enduring, versatile pieces made to be layered, loved and lived in every day, we are redefining what modern jewellery can be. We create jewellery that marks moments, tells stories and becomes part of who you are, all while making responsible luxury more accessible. Our commitment to sustainability, innovation and positive impact continues to be recognised across the industry.

We are looking for a Copywriter to join us as we continue this journey and help us shape what the future of modern jewellery can and should be.

Where we need your help

This is a role for a copywriter who thinks about more than copy. You are genuinely curious about the world, what people are reading, watching, wearing and talking about, and you translate that cultural awareness into writing that feels sharp, current and unmistakably MV. You move fluently between brand storytelling and performance-led copy, and you have a clear point of view on what makes each channel work: what a great email subject line does differently from a great social caption, and why. You bring ideas, spot opportunities and always push the work to be better. This is a fixed-term contract covering a broad body of work across CRM, web, paid media, social, retail and campaign, in a brand that is growing and evolving rapidly.

What you’ll do

  • Reporting to the Head of Copy and working closely with the Creative Director and wider Brand team, you will deliver high-quality copy across all channels, bringing creative ambition and commercial awareness to everything you write.
  • Write BAU emails, lifecycle journeys and seasonal CRM campaigns, producing multiple versions for A/B testing and using performance data to sharpen subsequent rounds.
  • Write and refresh web copy: collection descriptions, homepage updates and editorial landing pages that tell campaign stories with precision.
  • Develop high-impact paid media copy, understanding what drives performance in each environment.
  • Support the organic social team with campaign captions, bringing cultural awareness and a light touch to platform-native content.
  • Write in-store signage, event collateral and clientelling materials: retail copy demands the same level of craft as digital.

Trading Moments & Campaign Copy

  • Lead copy across major trading moments (e.g. Sale, Black Friday, loyalty campaigns and gift-with-purchase) ensuring messaging is clear, compelling and consistent.
  • Develop campaign messaging territories with the Head of Copy, then execute across channels maintaining the integrity of the idea from headline to detail.
  • Collaborate with the creative and design team from the start so copy and visual are conceived together, not bolted on at the end.

Performance & Craft

  • Apply channel learnings, A/B results and performance data to write copy that is both creative and effective.
  • Proofread and quality-check your own work with an obsessive eye for detail.

Cultural Awareness & Innovation

  • Bring genuine cultural awareness, across fashion, media, music and art, into the work in ways that feel considered, never try-hard.
  • Explore and integrate AI tools to streamline workflow; share what you’re learning with the team.
  • If a brief isn’t strong enough, say so. If there’s a better angle, bring it.

What you’ll bring

This role is aligned to the Mid-Level expectations in Monica Vinader’s Capability Framework.

  • Connect & Empower — You adapt your tone and approach by channel and audience, present work with clarity and build relationships across the business that mean copy is brought in early and treated as a creative asset. You are generous with your craft knowledge and make the people around you better.
  • Drive & Deliver — You manage multiple briefs simultaneously without letting standards slip, flag problems before they become crises and always arrive with a proposed solution. You understand that copy serves both the brand and the business, and hold both standards simultaneously.
  • Grow & Adapt — You raise concerns early and constructively, then execute with full conviction once direction is agreed. You read widely, study great brand voices and actively bring external thinking into your own work.
  • Master & Apply — You have strong craft across brand and performance copy, genuine knowledge of each channel’s mechanics, and the cultural awareness to make MV’s voice feel fresh and relevant. You stay ahead of evolving formats, AI tools and best practice, and share what you learn with the team.

To be successful at Monica Vinader, it helps if you...

  • Are hands-on, solutions-focused, and entrepreneurial
  • Collaborate openly with humility, honesty, and humour
  • Embrace learning, teaching, and personal growth
  • Stay resilient, adaptable, and self-motivated in a creative environment
  • Speak up when you don’t know—and act fast to figure it out

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to document your authorisation to work in the United Kingdom
  • Occasional travel to our Norfolk office may be required
