Job Details

Job Title: Concession Manager
Location: Selfridges London
Reporting To: UK Retail Manager

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and exceed targets through exceptional customer service and building a client business.
  • People management and coaching to deliver the above.
  • Maximise store efficiency through operations management.
  • Execute visual‑merchandising guidelines to a high standard ensuring the location is clean and represents the brand at all times.
  • Ensure the in‑store experience aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Maintain an accurate stock file, complete regular stock counts & report any issues.
  • Ensure accurate payment processing and cash handling through regular training of your team.
  • Ensure the appropriate processing of in‑store services such as engraving and aftercare through regular training of your team.
  • Develop and implement action‑oriented business plans; set clear KPIs; monitor store and team performance.
  • Network to build and maintain key relationships with corporate and local clients to support HQ programmes of revenue‑driving events.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience leading and coaching a retail team to success.
  • A demonstrated passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences.
  • People‑management skills and ability to deal with escalations effectively.
  • Commercial awareness with a track record of improving sales, KPIs and driving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment with a flexible approach.
  • Organised, proactive and solution‑focused mindset.
