- drive sales and exceed targets through exceptional customer service and building a client business
- people management and coaching to deliver the above
- maximise store efficiency through operations management
What you’ll do
Driving Sales
- Drive and exceed the sales budget
- Develop and implement an action orientated business plan for your location
- Monitor and drive store and team KPIs to maximise growth and improvement opportunities
- Be a brand ambassador, setting the standard for exceptional customer experience and ensuring consistency through your sales team
- Develop and maintain client relationships in line with Monica Vinader guidelines to drive repeat business and lead by example
- Network to build relationships with corporate and local clients to support HQ with revenue-driving events
Building a Strong Team
- Set clear individual sales objectives and KPIs for your team, with ongoing coaching and training
- Coach and develop your team through feedback and regular performance reviews
- Manage the team in line with company policy and procedures, escalating issues as they arise
- Support the recruitment process, interview candidates and compile feedback from trial shifts
- Implement approved brand and product training to ensure consistent styling advice and inspiration
Delivering Efficiency
- Execute visual merchandising guidelines to a high standard
- Ensure in-store experience aligns with guidelines and Brand standards
- Maintain an accurate stock file with regular stock counts and issue reporting
- Ensure accurate payment processing and cash handling through regular training
- Ensure proper processing of in-store services (including engraving and aftercare) through regular training
