Job Title: Boutique Manager
Location: Soho, New York
Reporting To: US Retail Area Manager
Pay Rate (Annually): $80,000-$100,000 Based on level of experience

The Boutique Manager role is an exciting opportunity to help:
Drive sales and exceed targets through exceptional customer service and building a client business
People management and coaching to deliver the above
Maximise store efficiency through operations management
What you’ll do
Key Responsibilities
Driving Sales
Drive and exceed the sales budget
Develop and implement an action orientated business plan for your location
Responsible for monitoring and driving store and team KPIs to ensure all opportunities for further growth and improvement are maximised
Be a brand ambassador, setting the standard for exceptional customer experience and ensuring the same consistency in approach through your sales team
Ability to train and offer all services consistently (Welding, Engraving and Monogramming)
Develop and maintain client relationships in line with Monica Vinader company guidelines to drive repeat business, setting the example for your team to follow
Network to build and maintain key relationships with corporate and local clients to support HQ team with a program of revenue driving events
Building a Strong Team
Set clear individual sales objectives and KPIs for your team, and support with ongoing coaching and training to deliver these
Coach and develop your team through feedback and regular performance reviews to help them develop their career
Manage the team in accordance with company policy and procedures, escalating issues as they arise
Support the recruitment process, interviewing candidates and compile feedback from trial shifts
Implement approved brand and product training program across your team to ensure consistent and effective styling advice and inspiration to all customers
Clienteling
Collect and update customer information to ensure efficient use of client book and accurate data capture
Develop and maintain client relationships in line with Monica Vinader company guidelines
Assist Marketing with arranging boutique events
Delivering Efficiency
Execute visual merchandising guidelines to a high standard ensuring your location is clean and represents the brand at all times
Ensure in store experience is in line with the guidelines and Brand standard
Maintain an accurate stock file, completing regular stock counts accurately and on time, reporting any issues
Ensure accurate payment processing and cash handling through regular training of your team
Ensure the appropriate processing of in-store services (including engraving, and aftercare) through regular training of your team
Cash Handling and Payment Processing
Ensure sufficient staff training is carried out prior to staff processing payments
Process payments, refunds and exchanges accurately following company guidelines
Open/close/reconcile tills daily investigate any discrepancies fully, report issues to Boutique Manager
Managing petty cash in absence of Boutique Manager
Stock Management
Adhere to Monica Vinader Stock Management policy
Report discrepancy/stock loss incidents to Boutique Manager
What you’ll bring
Experience leading and coaching a team to success with the ability to coach others and develop people in their retail roles
A demonstrated passion for customer service and delivering exceptional customer experiences
People management skills and an ability to deal with escalations effectively
Commercial awareness with a track record of improving sales, KPIs and driving targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment with a flexible approach
Organised with an ability to produce quality work within deadlines
Proactive approach with a solution focused mindset at all times
