Where we need your help
- Driving Sales and Exceptional Customer Experience
- Achieve individual sales and KPI targets through delivering exceptional service to customers
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and passion for Monica Vinader values and vision
- Deliver in-store services with confidence (eg: engraving and aftercare)
- Comply with Monica Vinader company policies and procedures at all times
- Follow guidelines and instruction to efficiently deal with concession tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional personal grooming and presentation
- Support the management team to deliver operational tasks (eg: stock takes, visual merchandising guidelines, stock deliveries)
