Where we need your help

The Product Owner role is an exciting opportunity to help us turn validated product opportunities into shipped value, bridging our Product Managers, our external development partner and stakeholders across the business.

What You’ll Do

  • Run delivery across two scrum teams – lead sprint framework and ceremonies, coordinate day‑to‑day with external development partner, own deployment process, identify blockers, manage cross‑squad dependencies, run retrospectives and capture improvement actions.
  • Validate what enters delivery – own and prioritise the delivery backlog, hold the bar on Definition of Ready, ensure tickets align with Decision Briefs, validate timelines, dependencies and technical feasibility, translate opportunities into user stories.
  • Manage capacity, cost and quality – track development capacity, monitor CAPEX vs OPEX, report on delivery cost and capacity, set quality and testing standards, run bridge testing, embed governance requirements such as accessibility, compliance and security.
  • Communicate progress and improve how we work – provide updates on sprint progress, plan and run end‑user training and demos, lead root‑cause analysis, maintain documentation, review and improve ceremonies, explore AI tools to improve planning, delivery and reporting.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to document authorisation to work in the United Kingdom.
