Role Overview
The Deputy Manager is an exciting opportunity to support the Boutique/Concession Manager, act as the senior management team member on shift, drive sales, manage people, coach the team and maximize store efficiency through operations management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Boutique / Concession Manager and be the ‘go-to’ person when you are the most senior Management Team member on shift.
- Drive sales and exceed targets through exceptional customer service and by building a client business.
- Provide people management and coaching to deliver the above.
- Maximize store efficiency through operations management.
Driving Sales:
- Deliver sales budget at your location through driving store and team KPIs.
- Deliver a consistent and exceptional standard of customer service, acting as a brand ambassador and encouraging your team to do the same.
- Develop and maintain client relationships in line with Monica Vinader company guidelines to drive repeat business.
- Network to create key relationships with corporate and local clients to support HQ team with a program of revenue-driving events.
Building a Strong Team:
- Motivate the team to reach individual sales objectives and KPIs, and support with ongoing coaching and training to deliver these.
- Manage the team in accordance with company policy and procedures.
- Drive completion of approved brand and product training programs to ensure consistent and effective styling advice and inspiration to all customers.
Delivering Efficiency:
- Execute visual merchandising guidelines to a high standard.
- Ensure in-store experience (Boutique cleanliness) is in line with the guidelines and brand standard.
- Maintain an accurate stock file.
- Ensure accurate payment processing and cash handling.
- Ensure the appropriate processing of in-store services (including engraving, and aftercare).
