We’re looking for a Designer to join our team. You’ll have a natural instinct for storytelling through visuals, enthusiasm for culture-driven content, and the ability to shape ideas for social, digital and experiential channels. Mongoose is a global integrated agency specialising in sport, entertainment, and lifestyle marketing.
About the job
You’re a creative who loves turning ideas into visuals for a variety of clients and audiences. From mood boards and mock-ups for pitches to polished design work across branding, social, print, and experiential; you bring ideas to life with energy, precision and craft. You see design as a powerful form of communication, a way to engage and educate through visual storytelling. As a Designer at Mongoose, you’ll collaborate with our creative, social, PR, commercial and experiential teams to shape campaigns across sport, lifestyle, and entertainment. You’re confident designing decks that sell ideas, know how to harness AI tools to accelerate concepting, and you’ve got an exceptional eye for detail.
About you
- 3+ years’ experience in design roles within agency or brand setting
- Strong conceptual thinker with an excellent grasp of brand storytelling and visual identity
- Deep understanding of design principles: typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Confident across social, digital, print, and experiential design formats
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Comfortable integrating AI-powered tools (e.g. Adobe Firefly) to enhance creativity and efficiency
- Excellent attention to detail, passion for crafting visually cohesive campaigns
- Confident presenting creative concepts to internal teams and clients
- Proactive, organised and able to balance multiple projects with shifting priorities
- Collaborative and open to feedback, thriving in a multidisciplinary team environment
- Culturally curious; you stay up to date with design trends, new tools, and creative innovation
25 days’ holiday, increasing to 29 after 2 years’ service (+ bank holidays)
4 pm finish Fridays
