Position Overview

Senior Web Marketing Engineer for a hyper‑growth B2B Saa S company.

Salary up to £90,000 plus excellent benefits.

Hybrid working on a 3+2 basis with high autonomy, ownership and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the website, driving performance, conversion and search visibility.
  • Own the visual identity across the product range and ensure consistent application.
  • Lead demand generation and deliver consistent pipeline growth.
  • Oversee strategy and execution across the marketing funnel.
  • Work closely with the CMO, Rev Ops, Growth Hacking, Event Management and Product Marketing teams.
  • Develop and manage technical front‑end engineering with a creative eye.
  • Support the use of AI and other Rev Tech tools to optimise site performance and tracking.
  • Maintain and enhance SEO/GEO search initiatives, including site speed and structured data.
  • Design and create assets for campaigns, from landing pages to sales collateral.
  • Utilise Hub Spot, Google Analytics and other data‑flow tools to connect visits to revenue.
  • Adopt headless or component‑based systems such as Storyblok for content delivery.
  • Apply architectural knowledge to structure content for loading speed and flexibility.
  • Deliver a high‑performing B2B site that aligns with Saa S best practices.
