The Senior DevOps Engineer will lead infrastructure, platform, and operational strategy for a FinTech scaleup. The Senior DevOps Engineer will be key to the ability to ship features fast, maintain customer trust and scale the platform. The Senior DevOps Engineer will scale systems, internal tools, processes and platform reliability teams.
The Senior DevOps Engineer will build a world‑class function to support rapid multi‑product growth. The Senior DevOps Engineer will set technical direction and standards for cloud, infrastructure and deployment practices. The Senior DevOps Engineer will oversee the design of CI/CD pipelines, cloud architecture and automated deployments.
The Senior DevOps Engineer will balance technical debt, infrastructure investment and commercial urgency. The Senior DevOps Engineer will identify and remove bottlenecks that could slow delivery, velocity or growth. The Senior DevOps Engineer will drive automation and monitoring across infrastructure, applications and services.
