Overview:

We\'re seeking an experienced Paraplanner to contribute to the growth and advancement of our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to adapt to evolving financial services regulations.

Prior experience within paraplanning is essential.

Collaboration and innovation are central to our team dynamic, so the ability to work effectively alongside colleagues and promote business improvement is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive suitability reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Handle new business applications, including data entry and documentation, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Conduct cashflow modelling to assist in financial planning strategies and client recommendations.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including clients, advisers and providers, facilitating effective communication and ensuring seamless workflow.
  • Perform tax calculations and analysis to support investment decisions and tax planning strategies.
  • Assist in the development of tailored financial strategies.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications such as a Diploma of Financial Planning (DFP) or an Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning (ADFP) are required.
  • Demonstrable experience in a paraplanning role required.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy and accountability in all aspects of work.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software (Cashflows, etc) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to liaise effectively within a team environment.
  • Salary from £35,000, depending on experience and qualifications
