The Opportunity
At Moneytree Wealth Management, the back-office is the engine room of what we do, and we are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Team Leader to ensure it runs at peak efficiency. You are not just managing tasks; you are empowering a team to deliver the undisputed standard of service and advice to our clients. Responsibilities
- Lead & Develop: Supervise a team of 5 Client Services Administrators, providing daily coaching, guidance, and conducting 1-to-1 performance reviews.
- Capacity Planning: Manage the team’s workload, ensuring all processes are handled strictly within SLA timeframes.
- Training & Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert on internal systems (e.g., Quilter Platform, Xplan) and industry regulations.
- Process Optimisation: Constantly review existing workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement smarter, more automated ways of working.
- Quality Control: Audit client files to ensure they meet strict FCA regulatory standards and compliance before reaching the client.
- Provider Liaison: Manage high-level relationships with product providers, platforms, and discretionary fund managers to resolve complex administrative issues.
- Reporting: Track team KPIs and report actionable findings to senior management.
- Compliance: Lead the implementation of new technology or regulatory changes (e.g., Consumer Duty updates) within the administrative team.
Qualifications
- Industry Experience: 2+ years of experience within a Wealth Management or Financial Planning environment.
- Leadership Skills: A proven track record of managing, supervising, and developing a team.
- Technical Knowledge: A solid, working understanding of pensions and investments.
- Quality Assurance Champion: You have a sharp eye for detail and a 'right-first-time' mentality regarding compliance.
