The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

Provide support and guidance to managers and teams, exercising good judgement and ensuring compliance with processes and best practise, promoting consistency, fairness and commercial thinking.

Create strong relationships across the People function to deliver against our business and people goals.

Working with the Senior People Partner, ensure employee performance is optimised, identifying and facilitating appropriate interventions through performance and talent management processes.

Be a champion of our culture and values and work in partnership with client group towards increasing engagement.

Collaborating with people partner to design relevant initiatives that meet business needs.

Ensuring people administration activities are delivered, taking responsibility for ensuring that appropriate administration in relation to offers, terminations and job changes are requested in a timely manner.

Guiding managers through employee relations cases in real time.

Contribute and support the continuous improvement of practices and policies in the organisation and automation ensuring they underpin our Company values.

Being a source of innovation and ideas, improving what we do by bringing new perspectives, thinking outside-in.

What value you’ll bring to the role

Solid experience having worked either as a People Advisor in fast paced, progressive commercial or Tech organisation

Excellent interpersonal, communication and people management skills

Demonstrable experience of grasping issues quickly and delivering effective solutions, and finding efficient improvements for a digitally enabled business

Evidence of displaying integrity in decision making and ability to advise staff and managers confidentially and accurately

Problem solving ability, able to solve people related problems by having a clear understanding of what the issues are and what the most appropriate action should be taken

A thoughtful communicator and influencer; skilled at adjusting communication style and approach based on the audience and context

Ability to deal with ambiguity, tight timelines, and multiple competing priorities

Knowledge of UK employee relations processes and relevant employment legislation

Tech-savvy and experience using HR systems such as Workday

Positive and proactive team player, with lots of energy, passion and enthusiasm

CIPD (or equivalent qualification) or working towards qualification

Up to 30 holidays + bank holidays

20 minute call with recruiter to run through your experience and the role

30 minute interview with the hiring manager on Microsoft Teams
