Why do we need you?
The IVA Supervisor Case Manager is responsible for managing and supervising a portfolio of Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) cases throughout the IVA duration.
The role ensures that cases are administered effectively, customers receive appropriate support and guidance, and all activities are completed in accordance with insolvency legislation, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
The role is responsible for overseeing key case management activities including annual progress reports, income and expenditure assessments, payment amendments, variations, breach management, completions and failures.
Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, the IVA Case Manager ensures that IVAs remain appropriately maintained, risks are identified and addressed, and positive customer outcomes are achieved wherever possible.
The role also acts as a key point of contact for customers, providing clear communication, managing case progression and ensuring all actions, decisions and records are accurate, compliant and completed within agreed service standards.

What do we need you to do?
- Complete annual income reviews.
- Prepare annual reports and ensure they are completed within agreed timescales.
- Discuss changes in customer circumstances and agree appropriate payment amendments where required.
- Identify, manage and escalate breaches in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assess and process variation referrals, ensuring accurate completion of supporting documentation.
- Progress cases through completion and failure processes, ensuring all necessary actions are undertaken.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers.
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure all systems and notes are kept up to date.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve outstanding matters and progress cases efficiently.
- Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with insolvency legislation, regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Identify risks, issues and customer vulnerabilities, escalating where appropriate.
- Contribute to departmental performance, quality and customer service objectives.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes and customer outcomes.
What skills & experience do we need you to have?
- Experience working within the insolvency or debt management industry, ideally with exposure to IVA Supervisory processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple cases, inboxes, and stakeholders while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
