Why do we need you? We’re looking for a Software Engineering Lead who can be responsible for the technical leadership, management, and delivery of MoneyPlus’ back-office systems and customer-facing applications. The role provides line management for developers, sets and maintains engineering standards, and ensures systems are scalable, secure, and reliable. The Lead Engineer balances hands-on technical oversight with leadership responsibilities, ensuring engineering work is aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
