  • The candidate will either be a qualified Insolvency Practitioner or an experienced professional seeking to gain formal insolvency qualifications. The candidate must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, advanced analytical ability, and a high level of expertise in personal debt solutions.
  • A key aspect of this role is to review case work and assess overall quality, ensuring high standards of service delivery and compliance.
  • The candidate will provide close support to the Insolvency Practitioner and Executive Committee.

What do we need you to do?

  • Case Management & Technical Delivery
  • Oversee a portfolio of personal insolvency cases ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal processes and policies.
  • Oversee case progression, ensuring all deliverables and deadlines are met.
  • Provide technical support, training and guidance to team members to ensure high compliance standards, best practices and knowledge updates.
  • Case Review & Quality Assessment
  • Review case files to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to best practice.
  • Assess overall quality and completeness of work, identifying training and development needs where necessary.
  • Report findings and recommend improvements to enhance team performance and case outcomes.
  • Data & Financial Analysis
  • Conduct detailed reviews and prepare reports on monthly statistics.
  • Deliver insights on case trends and outcomes to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure all insolvency work adheres to the highest ethical standards and meets relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain thorough case documentation and audit-ready files.
  • Monitor and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

What skills and experience do we need you to have?

  • JIEB or CPI qualified with a minimum of 5+ years experience in insolvency case management.
  • Proven track record managing and reviewing insolvency cases.
  • Advanced Excel and data interpretation skills essential.
