The Executive Support role provides seamless coordination across front-of-house operations and executive administration, ensuring the MoneyPlus office runs efficiently and professionally.
Reporting to the Chief of Staff and working closely with the Executive Committee (ExCo), this 12-month position combines practical office management with high-level executive support to deliver exceptional service and ensure smooth daily operations.

What do we need you to do?
Front of House & Office Coordination
- Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
- Manage reception, phones, mail, and deliveries.
- Keep reception, meeting rooms and break‑out areas tidy, organised, and ready for use.
- Book meeting rooms and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Manage all facilities related tasks and manage office supply orders.
- Manage the events calendar and plan, organise and deliver company events.
Executive Support
- Provide diary management, travel coordination, and meeting arrangements for ExCo members.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations to a high professional standard.
- Organise meetings, including preparation of agendas, materials, and minute‑taking with follow‑up actions.
- Monitor, prioritise, and manage ExCo correspondence and communications when delegated.
- Liaise confidently with internal teams, external partners, and clients on behalf of the Chief of Staff and ExCo.
What skills and experience do we need you to have?
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times when handling sensitive information.
- Manages multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Anticipates needs and takes initiative to resolve issues before they escape.
- Capable of planning and delivering high‑quality internal and external events end‑to‑end.
- Delivers a welcoming, helpful, and high service level experience for all visitors and team members.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
- Proven experience in executive support, senior administration, or office management.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering corporate events and meetings.
- Previous experience supporting senior leaders preferred.
- Strong skills in diary management, travel coordination, and document preparation.
- Experience in professional or financial services environment advantageous.
