Why do we need you? We’re looking for a Customer Service Account Manager to join our Account Management team to manage client communications as the principal responsibility of their role. We need specialists to interact directly with all new and existing customers via telephone, email, customer portal and post, providing quality customer service as well as with creditors to ensure arrangements are in place to maximise plan success.

What do we need you to do? Contact existing customers to complete annual reviews. Identify changes in circumstances and recommend adjustments. Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant. Keep accurate records of review outcomes. Work collaboratively with other teams (e.g., compliance, Insolvency). Provide New Advice and ensure to always put the customer first with recommendations.
