Who are we? We provide First Aid for Finances, helping people move from crisis to control. Our debt advice and solutions are clear, personal, and built around lasting outcomes, combining digital convenience with human care. We're a Manchester-based business with a national reach, on a path to become the UK's most trusted digital-first debt advice provider. Our culture is built on trust and respect. When our people feel valued, they pass that on to our customers. Over the past year, we've strengthened our brand, positioning, and values to support sustainable direct lead generation and build greater awareness of commercial debt advice and solutions.

Why do we need you? We're looking for a Brand & Content Marketing Manager to join our team on a 9 month maternity cover, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent as the business grows. Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a hands-on role bringing our established brand strategy to life through clear, compliant campaigns and content that connect with people who need help. You'll oversee content production, manage our customer testimonial and survey programmes, and lead campaign planning and delivery. You'll line manage our Graphic Designer and Social & Content Executive, working as part of our marketing team of six. You'll partner closely with performance marketing colleagues and collaborate across the business with operations, compliance, and active customer communications teams. Paid acquisition has driven our growth. Now we're strengthening organic brand channels to build a more sustainable model. This role is central to that shift, and the work you do will directly shape how we show up, who we reach, and how we help people take back control of their finances.

What’s in it for you? We believe our people truly are our greatest asset, that’s why we make sure our MoneyPlus People have the best experience, right from our first interaction all the way through their career with us. • Discounts – Join our team and you’ll have access to Perkbox, which has tons of deals for you to choose from.
  • Social – We value the relationships our employees have with one another, encouraging them to come together.
  • Doing our bit – We show support in every way we can to our clients, people, and company charity.
