The role: As part of the Demand Generation team, you will collaborate closely with content, product marketing, and the wider marketing function to drive high-intent organic traffic and convert it into a strong, qualified pipeline. This role is well suited to someone who blends strong technical SEO expertise with content strategy and data-led optimisation, and who is enthusiastic about the rapidly evolving world of search and generative engine optimisation (GEO).

Key responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver the SEO strategy across both UK and US websites, driving high-intent organic traffic and increasing conversions.
  • Identify and prioritise opportunities to improve organic visibility, traffic quality, and revenue impact.
  • Lead keyword research, search-intent mapping, and SEO-led content planning.
  • Monitor, analyse, and optimise organic search performance across key markets.
  • Develop and test strategies to improve visibility across emerging AI-driven and generative search experiences.
  • Optimise content for large language models (LLMs), AI search results, and answer engines.
  • Monitor how the brand and products appear in AI-generated responses and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuously test, learn, and adapt strategies as the search landscape evolves.

Technical SEO

  • Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical SEO issues impacting site performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and web teams to improve:
    • Site architecture and structure
    • Page speed and performance
    • Indexing and crawl efficiency
    • Schema markup and technical best practices
  • Ensure SEO best practices are consistently implemented across UK and US domains.
  • Partner with content and demand generation teams to:
    • Build and maintain SEO-driven content roadmaps
    • Develop high-converting landing pages for organic traffic
    • Support marketing campaigns with search insights and recommendations.

Performance & Reporting

  • Track and report on key SEO metrics including organic traffic, keyword performance, conversions, and pipeline generated from organic channels.
  • Deliver clear insights and actionable recommendations to continuously improve performance.

The person:

  • 2–4 years’ experience in SEO or organic growth roles.
  • Proven experience managing SEO for B2B and/or SaaS websites.
  • Experience delivering SEO strategies across multiple markets, ideally the UK and US.
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience with keyword research, search intent mapping, and content optimisation.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience working within a demand generation or growth-focused marketing team is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) for organic traffic.
  • Experience with SEO and analytics tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs or SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and content optimisation platforms.
