What we do:

We're a growing, award-winning business delivering outstanding customer experiences across voice, digital messaging, and written channels for brands of all sizes. From humble beginnings over 20 years ago to a 1,000-strong international team across our headquarters in Wrexham and our US office in Atlanta, we're proud of how far we've come - and even more excited about what's next.

The Role:

As part of our Bespoke & PA Support team, you'll play a key role in supporting customers throughout their entire journey. This is a hybrid role combining personalised customer support, problem-solving, coordination, and relationship building across a variety of bespoke teams and telephone answering clients.

Your journey with us will begin within one of our Bespoke Customer Teams, where you'll gain hands-on experience delivering exceptional customer support. As your training progresses, you'll also begin supporting our telephone answering services, handling a variety of calls and enquiries across the sectors we support - including Property, Legal, Healthcare, and Finance.

You'll work closely with customers across telephone, live chat, messaging platforms, and ticketing systems, delivering friendly, efficient, and memorable experiences from start to finish. During your training journey, you'll learn how to use our bespoke in-house call management system and develop the skills needed to confidently manage customer interactions across multiple channels and services.

You'll become an important point of contact for our clients' customers and callers, confidently answering queries, handling calls professionally, and accurately relaying messages within our systems.

What you'll be doing:

  • Being the friendly voice and support behind exceptional customer experiences
  • Supporting customers throughout their end-to-end journey
  • Working alongside our bespoke teams to deliver personalised support
  • Helping customers across phone, chat, messaging, and ticketing systems
  • Resolving queries quickly while keeping things positive and professional
  • Going the extra mile to build loyalty, trust, and long-term relationships
  • Accurately managing customer information and messages within internal systems
  • Working closely with a supportive, high-energy team

What we're looking for:

  • Customer service or customer-facing experience
  • A confident, friendly communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people
  • A positive, can-do attitude with great energy
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Someone proactive who enjoys taking ownership and getting stuck in
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle information accurately
  • Strong team spirit and willingness to support across different areas

What you'll get:

  • Starting salary of £26,368 per annum
  • 33 days holiday, increasing with service
  • Full training and real career progression opportunities
  • Mental health and wellbeing support, including 24/7 doctor access
  • Subsidised meals and free on-site gym
  • Fun, social culture with regular events and celebrations

Working hours:

Full-time - 39.5 hours per week

1 in 4 weekends required. Weekend working is balanced with a weekday off, so you'll only ever work 5 days per week.
