Job Type: Permanent, Full Time

Working Hours: Full-time - 39.5 hours per week, 1 in 4 weekends required, Weekend working is balanced with a weekday off, so you'll only ever work 5 days per week.

As part of our Bespoke & PA Support team, you'll play a key role in supporting customers throughout their journey while delivering exceptional service across a variety of clients and sectors. This could include supporting customers on behalf of a leading manufacturer of boilers, heat pumps, and heating systems, or working within one of our other bespoke client accounts delivering personalised customer support.

Whichever team you join, you'll receive full training and ongoing support to help you build the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed. As your training progresses, you'll also begin supporting our telephone answering services, handling calls and enquiries across a variety of sectors including Property, Legal, Healthcare, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Being the friendly first point of contact for customer enquiries
  • Supporting customers throughout their end-to-end journey
  • Delivering personalised support on behalf of a range of client accounts
  • Assisting customers across telephone, live chat, messaging platforms, and ticketing systems
  • Supporting customers with product, service, and account-related enquiries
  • Resolving queries efficiently or directing customers to the appropriate team when needed
  • Arranging appointments, taking messages, and following client-specific processes
  • Building positive relationships and creating memorable customer experiences
  • Accurately recording customer information and updating internal systems
  • Working closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding service across multiple teams and sectors
