The role: We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the successful launch of our AI Voice Agent product – a pivotal initiative within our strategic roadmap. While the primary focus will be driving the successful launch and early market performance of the AI Voice Agent, the role will also take on selected product and project responsibilities across the wider portfolio in the absence of the Head of Product during maternity leave. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and is confident owning strategic delivery across multiple workstreams. Key responsibilities: Lead the AI Voice Agent product launch: Owning the product roadmap and delivery. Working alongside Marketing to deliver positioning and go-to market strategy Broader product ownership: Step in to support other product and project workstreams across the portfolio during the Head of Product’s maternity leave Product strategy & execution: Translate business goals and user needs into clear product direction and deliverables. Define and track success metrics Collaborate across teams: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales and operations to ensure seamless execution and value delivery Stakeholder management: Report regularly to the Technology Director and later the Head of Product. Communicating clearly with senior stakeholders across various departments Champion lean, customer-centric thinking: Validate and iterate on consumer-facing solutions based on real feedback and data Mentorship & support: Support and guide junior team members where needed, contributing to a strong strong product culture About you: Substantial experience in a Senior Product Manager role, with a proven track record of launching consumer-facing products, ideally in lean, agile environments Proven success in leading product launches, ideally in SaaS, AI, or customer-facing voice technologies – clear evidence of this will be required Customer-first mindset with strong data orientation Strategic thinker with hands-on delivery capability – able to flex between big-picture thinking and day-to-day execution Excellent communicator and collaborator; able to influence and align stakeholders at all levels Comfortable working independently, prioritising effectively, and owning outcomes Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams What you’ll gain: Ownership of a flagship AI initiative in a high-growth, tech-forward business Exposure to strategic leadership responsibilities and broad product portfolio oversight A supportive, flexible work culture where innovation and curiosity are encouraged The chance to work in a mission-led, values-driven company shaping the future of how businesses and customers connect What’s included: Permanent contract 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays Mental health support (through our Employee Assistant Programme) with access to an on-site mental health counsellor Access to our wellbeing room to help enhance your physical and mental wellbeing Access to a 24/7 doctor line Subsidised meals Free on-site gym access And did we mention our epic parties?
