  • Take day-to-day ownership of delivering social content, ensuring activity is timely, relevant and aligned with marketing objectives.
  • Spot timely content opportunities by staying aware of key events, trends and conversations shaping the UK landscape.
  • Lead our presence across the UK market including planning, scheduling and insight reporting.
  • Support key spokespeople with building and maintaining a strong presence in the market.
  • Collaborate with the wider teams (e.g. Sales, Events, HR) on content opportunities, ensuring all messaging is on-brand and audience appropriate.
  • Act as the main point of contact for social media queries, championing new ideas and approaches to keep our social content fresh, compelling and impactful.

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Work alongside the Brand & Coms team to ensure all content reflects our brand and tone of voice.
  • Support the wider marketing team with broader content initiatives as required.

The person:

  • A fresh, curious mindset with a desire to bring new ideas to the table.
  • A drive to explore more effective ways of working to improve productivity and drive engagement.
  • Up to date on evolving content trends, emerging social and digital platforms, and shifts in audience and competitor behaviour.
