We are seeking a highly organised, research-driven Conference Producer to support the development and delivery of programmes across our global banking event portfolio. This role covers the full lifecycle of conference content and speakers - from agenda research and speaker identification, through invitation and briefing, to onsite delivery and speaker experience during live events.
You will play a key role in shaping programme quality and ensuring speakers are well-prepared, well-supported and confident onsite. You will work closely with the Marketing, Sales and Operations teams to deliver high-quality, professionally executed events for senior banking audiences.
Key Responsibilities- Researching key trends, challenges and transformation priorities across banking, financial services and technology
- Supporting the development of event themes, tracks, session formats and agendas
- Identifying, researching and prioritising senior banking leaders, technology executives and industry experts as potential speakers
- Drafting and sending personalised speaker invitations and managing follow-ups and confirmations
- Acting as a primary point of contact for speakers from confirmation through to event delivery
- Briefing speakers on session objectives, formats, audience profile and expectations
- Coordinating speaker information including bios, photos, session details and presentation requirements
- Supporting chairs and panellists with session flow, context and preparation where required
- Supporting onsite delivery of the conference programme, with particular focus on speaker coordination and the opening sessions
- Liaising with speakers onsite to ensure they are confident, informed and supported
- Working closely with operations, AV and stage teams to ensure smooth session delivery
- Maintaining accurate programme documentation and ensuring information is correctly reflected across internal systems and marketing channels
- 2 to 4 years' experience in conference production, events, research, journalism or a related role
- Strong research skills and an ability to quickly understand complex industry topics
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicating with senior-level speakers and stakeholders
- Calm, professional and solutions-focused in live event environments
- Proactive, reliable and able to take ownership
- Comfortable working remotely with travel required for live events
- Experience in banking, financial services, technology or B2B conferences is highly desirable.

Salary, Benefits and Hours- Salary band of £30,000 to £35,000 per year, depending on experience
