Moneyline is seeking a hands-on Software, Data & Change Manager to lead a small, multi-disciplinary team and shape customer journeys with data-driven insights.
The role combines practical API work, coding, requirements, QA and data infrastructure, not a narrow tech posting.
You’ll drive end-to-end process improvements, reduce manual work, and liaise with suppliers to maximise value, while embedding change across the organisation.
Hybrid role in Accrington, 35 hours a week, 12 month contract.
