We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Project Consultant to support the successful delivery of internal and client-facing projects.
You will be responsible for coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring the timely onboarding of our services to clients.
This role combines traditional project coordination with elements of client onboarding and implementation, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working closely with both internal teams and external clients.
You will work with the Project Delivery Manager to coordinate project delivery, while also playing a hands‑on role in supporting new client onboarding, helping clients adopt and roll out the Moneyinfo service effectively.
Success in this role will depend on your ability to organise multiple workstreams, build strong relationships, and keep initiatives on track from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor day‑to‑day project activities to ensure alignment with objectives and timelines.
- Assist in developing, maintaining, and tracking project plans, schedules, and deliverables.
- Organise and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project status and updates.
- Track and report on project performance, highlighting risks, issues, and progress to the business and clients.
- Support resource planning and allocation in collaboration with the Project Delivery Manager and senior managers.
- Maintain comprehensive and up‑to‑date project documentation, including plans, logs, and reports.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes, quality standards, and governance frameworks.
- Support the implementation of Moneyinfo services to new clients, including training on the application and providing guidance and support materials for rollout to their end clients.
- Build strong working relationships with clients to ensure smooth onboarding and positive project delivery.
- Help coordinate and, where required, participate in quality assurance testing of new releases before client rollout.
