Description

About MoneyGram

We’re rebuilding one of the most trusted names in fintech—and doing it like a startup.
MoneyGram has been a global leader in cross-border payments for decades, and now we’re entering our most exciting chapter yet: a full-speed, full-scale re-founding led by Anthony Soohoo, with the backing of private equity firm Madison Dearborn Partners.
With a globally recognized brand, deep infrastructure across 200+ countries, and millions of loyal customers, the foundation is strong—and the scale is unreal. We’re now reimagining just how much further we can take it.

We’re redesigning our growth engine—faster, smarter, and more customer-obsessed than ever. Fewer layers. Sharper strategy. Disciplined execution. A bias for action. We’re looking for bold operators and builders ready to run at this opportunity, shape the future of a scaled business, and leave their mark.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior CRM Analyst to help power the personalization engine behind our customer engagement efforts. In this role, you’ll work across campaign planning, execution, testing, and analysis—helping shape and deliver high-impact CRM programs that improve retention, engagement, and LTV across our key markets.
You’ll collaborate with regional marketers, product and data teams, and performance creative to build cross-channel CRM campaigns (Email, SMS, Push) that drive measurable outcomes. If you\’re someone who can jump from HTML QA to campaign analysis to audience logic without blinking—and who cares deeply about getting the right message to the right customer at the right time—this is your seat.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan, execute, and optimize CRM campaigns across Email, SMS, and Push channels—aligned to lifecycle stages, regional needs, and customer behaviors.
  • Own campaign builds and QA in our CRM platform—ensuring flawless execution and data integrity at every touchpoint.
  • Map and improve customer journeys, identifying opportunities for deeper personalization and smarter engagement.
  • Run A/B tests and experiments across content, timing, and audience logic to increase campaign performance and customer insight.
  • Analyze post-campaign performance and report on key engagement, conversion, and retention metrics—informing future strategy and content.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, performance, and regional teams to align CRM efforts to broader growth goals.
  • Contribute to content strategy by providing feedback on creative and helping optimize copy and design for performance.
  • Ensure compliance and best practices around data privacy, localization, deliverability, and opt-in management across all touchpoints.

Who You Are

  • 2–5 years of hands-on CRM or lifecycle marketing experience in a B2C environment (fintech, SaaS, finance, or e-comm preferred).
  • Proficient in Braze, Iterable, Zeta, or similar platforms. Familiarity with CDPs is a plus.
  • Skilled in campaign building, segmentation, audience logic, and behavioral targeting.
  • Comfortable reviewing and editing HTML/CSS for emails. Familiarity with AMPscript, Handlebars, or personalization scripting is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with experience turning data into actionable insights. Looker or similar BI tools is a plus.
  • Passionate about improving customer experience through personalized messaging and smart automation.
  • Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail and project management chops.
  • Experience working across geographies, languages, and multicultural audiences is a plus.
