About the role
We’re looking for a Premium Wealth Advisor to join our Investment Advisory Team, responsible for managing 1:1 relationships with our B2C clients. You’ll work with our Premium segment, supporting clients who typically invest up to €100k. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining client relationship management with a commercial mindset: helping clients make informed decisions while driving activation, conversion, retention and AUM growth through excellent guidance and service.
In the initial phase, you’ll be supported by a Manager to ensure a structured onboarding process, effective knowledge transfer and an optimal client experience. As part of the Premium Team, you will also help to make our service more scalable. This will involve participating in the creation of engaging content and webinars to educate a wider audience. While direct client interaction will be your focus, the involvement in these content and webinar initiatives will increase as you grow in seniority within the team.
What you’ll do
- Own and manage a dedicated book of Premium clients.
- You will be part of the Premium Advisory Team, responsible for collaboratively managing and growing the assets of our premium clients. This involves actively engaging with both new and existing clients through email, phone, and video calls to nurture their portfolios and ensure a consistent, high-quality service experience.
- Understand clients’ needs and goals, providing guidance that helps them take confident actions on our Wealth platform.
- Drive retention and AUM growth by proactively engaging existing clients, addressing objections/concerns and reinforcing long-term plans.
- Guide clients through holistic financial planning across Moneyfarm’s products.
- Explain Moneyfarm’s investment approach and market updates in a clear, simple and compliant way.
- Maintain a high level of outbound activity (calls, emails, video), with consistent daily client touchpoints, while maintaining high quality.
- Keep CRM tools (Salesforce) updated with high-quality notes and activity tracking.
As you grow in seniority within the team, further responsibilities are:
- Idea generation abilities.
- Work closely with other departments on additional projects to help improve overall client experience.
- Involvement in content and webinar initiatives.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or similar.
- 1–2 years of experience in financial advice / wealth management (e.g., financial advisor, private banking, investment advisory, brokerage/network advisory).
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport remotely (phone/video/email), translating complex topics into clear, client-friendly language.
- Commercial mindset and comfort working with KPIs (activation/conversion, retention, AUM growth).
- Proficiency in English.
- OCF registration is a strong plus — if you’re not registered yet, we expect you to complete the process within the first few months after joining.
Level & Compensation: in line with our career ladder, we will apply CCNL Credito with an estimated base salary (RAL) for this role ranging from €33,000 to €39,000 gross per year plus bonus, commensurate with the candidate’s experience and skills.
Benefits
- Permanently contract (full-time employee role) under CCNL Credito.
- Hybrid working model, combining office and remote work (at least 2 times a week in the office).
- Health insurance and wellness plan.
- Meal vouchers.
- Fee-free investing on Moneyfarm.
- Incentive scheme.
- Structured onboarding, continuous training and clear career paths.
- Regular team events and a friendly, ambitious culture.
