b Overview /b p In this Investment Consultant role, you guide and support Premium clients (investments between 10,000 and 100,000) through their wealth journey. You will work remotely, building strong relationships and delivering a high-touch customer experience as the first point of contact. You’ll grow client assets by conducting regular appointments and sharing insights from expert portfolio managers. This position fits within Moneyfarm’s Wealth Management team, emphasizing client-centric advisory and cross-functional collaboration to improve the overall client experience. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Serve as Moneyfarm’s spokesperson and deliver exceptional customer experiences as the primary contact for Premium clients /li li Develop strong product and platform knowledge to inform client guidance /li li Collaborate with the Premium team to serve the Premium client base /li li Conduct daily appointments with clients to grow assets under management via email, phone, or video /li li Support 1-to-many communication campaigns for the Premium segment /li li Communicate portfolio managers views to clients on investment strategies and markets /li li Provide clear guidance to help clients reach financial goals /li li Coordinate with other departments to enhance the overall client experience /li li Maintain and update the CRM (Salesforce) with client contact information /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li University degree /li li At least 2 years in a financial services company, client support, or administrative role within wealth management or financial advice (preferred) /li li Strong interest in commercial activities /li li Excellent verbal and written communication skills /li li Customer-oriented attitude /li /ul ul li Excellent communication (verbal and written) /li li Customer-oriented mindset /li li Team collaboration /li li Relationship-building ethos /li li CRM experience (Salesforce) /li li Understanding of wealth management products (Pensions, General Investment Accounts, Stocks Shares ISAs) - nice to have /li /ul
